Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

Sodo CRM is a cloud software service performed electronically and immediately. Under Article 15(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for this service.

Free trial

You can try Sodo CRM free for 3 days without a card before buying. The trial never turns into a paid subscription automatically.

Cancellation

Subscriptions do not renew automatically and your card is never charged automatically. To stop, simply do not renew; your account pauses at the end of the term and your data is kept for at least 30 days.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If we cannot provide the service for reasons on our side, the fee for the period that could not be used is refunded. Write to info@sodocrm.com for any request.
